Our Brijx Ankle/Wrist Weights are made to make your workout session that much more effective. They are lightweight and comfortable and come with an easily adjustable strap for increased comfort and a proper fit. These weights are made from non-toxic material that will not put undue stress on your ankles. The weights used are of uniform size, increasing the total weight as you add on more weights.
